Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and components)

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification

Products returned without original packaging, incomplete, or used will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bamix.ca with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Used products

  • Products returned damaged

  • Products missing components

  • Unauthorized returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase, unless the product was defective upon arrival.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Manufacturer warranty applies according to the official bamix® warranty program.


7. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned. This will be indicated on the product page.
